Carolyn. Thank you for the matrixes you provided. Can you have the person who produced these contact me. The reports are good and your staff is to be commended for this work. In future however it is helpful to provide all data in spreadsheets/excel format (as well as PDF if you wish). It makes it much easier for me to use the data and share it with others who may upload the information into other data base programs that we use. Daniella Thanks
